Even I would not like to give any star to this redBus service. I have taken a ticket from Dehradun to Lucknow from redBus site. On the journey day I have called telephonically to the bus service people and ask them where to come to ride your esteemed bus. One person reply from other end and ask me to come brahman wala chowk nearby DDN bus terminal. I went there but not found any bus in sight. I called the bus representative many times but failed to find the atleast for half an hour although I have taken many round of the vicinity. In the last after several attempts and telephonic call I was able to pinpoint the bus which was parked faraway inside a narrow guly road. Any way I boarded the bus and asked to the driver about the arrival time at destination. He replied by 10:30 AM tomorrow we shall be at Lucknow. As we rode the bus at 1800 hrs (6:00 hrs) evening but reached Lucknow by next day 1300hrs i.e.(1:30hrs). The bus staff was also not co-operative even not distributed water bottles to the passeengers. All packets of water were safely dumped for next round of trip. I don't know why these people brings the waters and not distribute among the passengers. I have booked a bus before 4 day to travel from ahemdabad to dwarka of Ramdev tours and travels via REDBUS.My timing was 11:50 to rich at the bording place but I reached at 11:00 and i called the driver so many times but he and he didn't pick up the call and after that i called him at 12:15 he picked up the call and told me that i am 10 kilo meters away from the arrival position and he said now we will not come again.But i was satnding their and the bus didn't arrive and he told me that we came at the arrival position and I was not there.Please help me with this and I also contated with Red Bus costumer care so many times and they are also tried to contact bus driver but he didn't pick up the phone ,they told me that they will investigate and help me in 72 hours.I think that the operator must have sold the ticket in black .When this happen with me I get so stressed and I want my money back.And i want compensation for this incident. REDBUS should remove that kind of but operator from App,

Worst experience in red bus Firstly the bus was delayed at the departure itself by 4 hrs Secondly no charging point was working in the entire bus,no blanket was provided. Thirdly the local passengers were picked up by the driver during the course of journey. Lastly the seats were not allotted as it was displayed during booking time Don't fool common people Quality should be comparable to the overshoot charges being charged. Harsh travels was printed on the bus instead of shrinath travels..

Such a pathetic experience with this Redbus and their travel..No live tracking ,No iconfirmation from driver. NOcustomer support Even though we booked front seats they forces us to go back seats as they have already allocated our seats to another with high price. During our entire journey Driver and his helpers keep on quarrelling themselves in filthy language eith high temp.. Can't have atleast one hour good sleep.Coming to punctuality,came 1.30 hours late and reached destination 4 hours late..Such a pathetic experience with them and also with Redbus as your call centre has automate options and doesn't gave me opportunity to raise my complaint about above matter to your representative..Bad Bus Bad Red bus

Never used this redbus app. I booked 20 seater tempo traveller bus. I paid partial amount. Redbus gave me 14 seats bus. And last movement redbus not provide me any other bus and cancelled by booking. No customer care support. I call it more tha 5 times waiting time period is more than 15 min and after that every executive said we will call u within 30 mins but no call did. I prefered never used this app and redbus.

WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE BY REDBUS I had pathetic experience with Redbus and Redbus support team is not interested in resolving my case. Let me brief you all about this experience, I tired to book Mumbai to Ahmedabad bus on 09.06.19 morning. After putting OTP for final payment making process, Redbus app kept rotating circle of payment awaiting and after 10 minutes, I came across the message on the same page that payment failed, please try again. I again tried booking but unfortunately I couldn't get the same but as they remain reserved for sometime. I booked on another bus and the same thing repeated. Both times my account got debited. I called up their customer support team. They said that you have booked couple of times and both tickets are available for you. I requested them to cancel the last one booking. They said that it is not possible. You have to cancel the first booking and cancellation charges will be applicable for that. I was reimbursed with 50% amount (almost Rs. 1600) at that time. I complained them what about the rest 50% as I had booked the tickets second time because it was error in your app. They said we are taking your complain and our technical team will see it and refund 50% later. Today it is 01.07.19. I have been taking their follow up everyday and their staff is extremely rigid on refunding and even listening to customer's experience.

For Ahmedabad to Abu bus departure destination in redbus was wrong so I suffered at night 1 oclock.

The worst experience, the customer care is not at all helpful, they don't have any information regarding buses. Red bus sets the lowest standard of bus ticket booking experience. We almost missed our bus due to the red bus customer care even when we had booked the ticket with them.
