Worst cancellation policy, just a cunning idea to steal customer money , from hours to 7 days cancellation policy has been updated and there is no note, no caution warning while booking nothing . When it's updated how people know about it ??? Are we expected to keep checking. And chat box / customer support is the worst.

Red bus customer care is really bad. I had booked tickets and asked for refunds, its been 25 days and still no refund. This is highly unprofessional and their chat box is also super bad. I would not recommend red bus to anyone facing an emergency like me

I am giving redbus one star for having Ashvini travels on their platform as a mode of transport.. They should have some sort of bench mark for travel services to be able to have an account on their platform. Worst travel service I have witness is Ashwini travels. And I hold redbus equally accountable for since I booked via redbus!

Pathetic service, me and my wife waited for one hour and there were no information about the bus, tracking details, no contact number of driver. Being at highway for more than one hour, we contacted customer care as none of the contact numbers of bus service was getting connected (number doesn't not exist). Atlast we got the number of the driver and came to know that bus will be reaching only after 3 hours. Such a waste of time, money and big security concern when travelling at night

Worst experience I had. They onboard scrap buses also. By trusting Red bus i booked belgaum to bijapur on March 18 2022. The bus i booked is Paulo travels.worst bus in inside looks and services. I paid 1000rs for hardly 250kms. But driver did not stop on dropping point he dropped me 40kms away in midnight 2 PM and driver is rude and said he is not aware of bijapur drop itself. I complained redbus but response is pathetic and after repeated follow up customer care said they can process 200rs as a compensation. I said keep your 200bucks with redbus itself for providing the pathetic customer service and onboarding worst buses on platform. I don't recommend Red bus for any as no one takes any responsibility.

I booked the ticket with wrong mobile number by mistake(typo error)ticket was booked but I did not get any status (obvious). As per red bus customer service I had to cancel the ticket and loose 20% cancellation charge. To get the cancellation fee back I had to travel in their bus only and had to lodge request with all bank detail and wait for 15 days. This is very worst system. So I suggest red bus service to make OTP confirmation in the booking system before confirmation so that hassle of mobile number change can be avoided after booking and loosing money due to a small typo mistake.

Booked bus ticket to Kundapur through Redbus and the bus is full of cockroaches. Bus staff didn't bother to care and we had to cancel our trip. When asked with Redbus for refund they deny to process it and say we cannot help even after confirming the full story with operator. Worst service from Redbus.They are just brokers who just want commissions from travels. Passengers are their least priority.

Worrest experience with redbus. My complaint is still open from Dec 13 2021to till now. The service center is responding rudely and worrest way and care less response and they speak something and they record something else in complaint. Without traveling in red bus booking, marked as travelled. And arguing with me that i travelled. And bus left 10 mins early from 1st booking point it self without picking. And no working contact number is provided. I shown a proof of different bus is booked and traveled in different bus. Even then red bus team is not accepting. Hate redBus & service
