β β β β β Have been attending GRID workout classes at Red Cage gym for past one year. It's a great gym, with experienced trainers who always provide individual attention and ensure we are using correct form for the exercises. Unique workout options suited to each individual.
The routines are changed to make it more challenging. Its improved my strength and I don't suffer from neck and back aches due to long hours working on the laptop.
Highly recommended.

β β β β β Amazing setup and very knowledgeable staff. Excited to get back to training post covid lockdown. All safety measures in place, very clean space including the lockers, change room and washrooms.
Very friendly atmosphere and it feels great to be trained by real athletes, loving the space, workouts and motivation.

β β β β β Had my first workout here.This is a great gym, variety of hardcore bodybuilding equipments which i havent seen anywhere else.
Lots of power lifting grade equipments too(squat rack, dead lift platforms, even the weights are different).
Theme i feel is resembling the iron addicts gym.
Good trainers too, very helpful

β β β β β Do not fall prey to the Google rating. There is no transparent package for the service being offered. Visited to enquire about the monthly charges and was told 1500 per month. Whereas there is no such package they offer and was told 4k per month when went for trial class. Since I had already done trial class, was forced to pay trial class charge of 500.
Trainer Sharad is just trying to make quick buck by luring customer to start session.
Horrible Experience!

β β β β β Me and my kids enrolled 5 weeks ago. My daughters have been doing the Redcap children's program and they are just loving it and for myself I went in looking for weight loss but they explained the importance of complete workouts and let me try out 3 sessions and decide, now after 5 weeks of the Grid program I can see my energy and strength have got better helping me very much with my daily routines. They have international grade equipments and a very well trained staff. Thankyou Redcage team
