★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience in this library. Everyday students face wifi problem, most of the time power cut issue, management is very poor.. after leaving library they don't return security deposit.. But fee time se pahle chahiye inhe..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two ill minded and illiterate girls look after the library who lack professionalism and the actual management is least bothered about students issues. The library both in its infrastructure and management is not as good as it was an year ago. The prices of the library inflate at double digits as a % for every one to two months. Of late I feel it as an extortion. Otherwise the library is located at a good location, has a good cafeteria.

They refunded my security deposit after 7 to 8 calls and one visit. The library is crowded and other issues such as power cut, low wifi speed remain constant.

1. Most expensive study centre in Delhi. Monthly it will cost a minimum of Rs.3000 (As of September 2021). Which is very high for an aspirant from an average Indian family.
2. It was very peaceful in the beginning. Nowadays it became very crowded. Which is the main reason I left.
3. The tiffin service and cafeteria they providing is also on the expensive side.
4. You will get good wifi speed only in the early mornings and late night when it is less crowded.
5. Number of copies of newspapers are inadequate.
6. Study booths are not spacious.
Pros:
1. Open 24X7.
2. No road or external noise.
3. Toilets and Study area are daily cleaned.
4. CCTV surveillance
5. Staffs are friendly and responsive.
6. Close to Karol Bagh metro station and market.
NB: Before you end the Library subscription make sure that you got the security deposit back. For me it took one week and n number of calls.

1)Wifi issues from last 6 months ,
2) AC not working from last 3 months
3)Owner does not even listen to your complaint
4) very crowded
5) fights over chair
6) people smoking in compound cigarette
7) Washroom stinking like ever
8) Chairs leading to back issues
9) Cafe serves expired Myonese, Ketchup
10) Rats in Kitchen
11) powe failure are normal here..bring your own fan and AC
.... Don't fall for 5 star reviews ...
