The executives who comes are very friendly not like there who behave very professional and don't make u feel comfortable to ask anything. Great experience with Reelab. For 1yr they provide u some essentials like diaper bag, feeding bottle, sipper as complimentary but all at a time

Mrs Komal nurse from Bhayander east and Mrs Swati and Mrs Babita Shukla are connected with us for this initiative .
While delivery process, Komal helped us from the very first day from introduction to execution and when she was not feeling well and even she was admitted to the hospital at time of my wife delivery she had arranged Mrs Swati to collect required things and she worked very dedicatedly. Also she was in contact since my 6th month for support .
I hope Reelabs will be great initiative for future

I am not new to ReeLabs Stem Cell Banking. This is my 2nd personal experience. 1st for my sister in Nov 2019 and 2nd mine in 2021.
Both times after the sign up by Babita Shulka, Nurse Komal Makwana from Miraroad was assigned. She made sure that she told us the process and guided us thru the journey. She made regular calls to check for well being.
Also, after the emi deduction, regular mail to inform abt the payment made successfully. I don't need to worry about anything.

Helped us to choose the best possible plan within our budget.
Promptness of service while handing over the kit to us as well as submitting the kit to lab. Designated nurse Swati for collection was also proactive and coordinating over call on timely basis.
