★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very helpful. They checked my car hasn’t run much since last servicing so didn’t force me for servicing but asked me for what are the things needs to checked. I was quite surprised by their honesty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given my car for 3rd servicing on the Reeshav service center, kankarbagh Patna on 23rd Nov 2021. Two days later I got the call that my car keys got misplaced, so they requested for spare key to continue the service of my car and promised me that they will get me the other key too else new key from maruti head office. But it's going to be more than a month I have not received my old key or new key or CAR ? They are saying maruti head office is not responding. Could you please help as I need my car soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here is helpful but the whole process is cumbersome, whether you have to drop for service or take delivery, it's a bit time taking.
Let me warn you, the road to reach here is pathetic. It may not be called road at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for servicing, the issue is only the path coming on the way for service centre. The road is not very good and during rainy season your serviced well polished car will become useless after crossing that road. In normal days good to go there and employees are very responsive.
Servicing of the car will take atleast 4-5 hours.
