★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is extremely poor there is no acknowledgment from them. I wanted to get my chair fixed in the month of October and I wrote a complain on 5th of Oct it has been 6 months and the chair is still not repilaired.
When you give them a call they will say that a repair man will come and fix your chair by the end of the day. 6 months have passed and it's not yet fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made multiple purchases from this showroom earlier , but this time my experience was bad. The sales person appointed for me was least interested in showing around. And when asked to send details and quotation he never sent anything.
After calling showroom multiple times and explaining the issue, they just told me they will call back in 5 minutes after knowing the name of the sales person. When i told her i dont want to waste anymore time and asked her to send the details asap, she denied rudely and basically yelled. Call back from them never came.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their collection is really good but its not worth the amount of time you have to wait and the number of calls you have to make to get the products delivered.
Purchased a sofa from them that had to be made in a different fabric. After promising delivery in 15 days they delivered it more than a month later in a completely wrong colour at 10 pm in the night!
After sending it back we were assured that the corrected one will reach us in a week. But every time we call we are told it will take 2-3 days more. There is never any follow up from their side. You have to keep calling if you want your product. Terribly disappointed. Would not go back or reccomend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. We purchased customised sofa set, center table and pouffe bench one year ago. the pouffe bench was completely different from what we have ordered. We called them immediately and tried to call multiple times and visited their showroom for replacement couple of times in this one year of span and also ordered the new one 3 months ago. Still it hasn’t delivered. I don’t think so the owner is in any mood to work on this matter efficiently. Our money has literally wasted our room doesn’t look good because of pouffe is completely different and doesn’t gel well with rest of the furniture. It’s been a year with no action from the owner’s end. Pathetic.!! I hope this review will help others to take better decision to invest money in purchasing anything from this shop!!
