★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many rules and unnecessary regulations. E.g. if zomato and uber eat delivery boy come after 10.00'o click in night, we have to go and pick the order at gate. They do not allow delivery guys to come in. Sometimes we feel that securities are owner. They do not treat us(Tenants) good. Also there is temple behind society. most times, there's a loud chanting. And voice is so irritating. It continues all the night which is really very very bad. I mean I cant sleep, cant study.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society management interfere a lot, they have too many unnecessary rules and regulations which might make you frustrated. Security guards changes frequently, visitors are not welcomed at all, tenants are not treated well.
Beware, they even charge for the usage of elevators, when you shift in to your apartment and shift out, though the same is not been mentioned on the tenancy agreement. Society management has fix prices for maids and cooks, it does not matter to them if your pocket can afford it or not. In case, you feel hungry in the middle of the night due to any reason, they will make you starve because food delivery is allowed only till 10 at night. They will make you carry your tenancy agreement all the time, and when it expires they will not allow you to enter the society untill unless you renew it, it's because they don't know some words like "EXCEPTION" & "NOTICE Period". Not recommended at all!!!
