★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience with Reflectionz. I had placed a customised order for bronze tinted diamond cut mirror for my crockery unit. I was impressed by the quality of the glass, the delivery of it, the packaging of it and also the professional attitude of Mr soumil. I would definitely recommend this showroom for all glass works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an Absolutely pathetic experience with this company. They promised 5-6 days for delivery and they took 3 weeks to deliver. In this duration, there was no explanation, no apology, and no response. I have in fact made sure to give prior notice of MY absence, so that they don’t face any troubles during the delivery of the mirrors.
Once they finally delivered, the executive left big pen marks all around the mirror, and left the wall looking very dirty. When I informed this, the owner just says “that should be done to install the mirror”, as if I don’t understand how wall mounting of products work.
I had informed prior to delivery that I won’t be in town because of a death in the family and had limited access to network, and I tried payment several
Times and it was failing, and I’ve been hassled to pay the remaining amount saying “I think you have access to network now, gpay it to Me”
I barely ever write badly for anybody as I understand managing businesses can be tough. But this outright rudeness, blatant ignorance and lack of response, forced me to let everyone else know so that they understand what they’re getting into.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you’re on deadlines and need timely response and action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Absolutely no respect for the customer or their time. Show up unannounced to deliver the product. Commit dates for installation but don't show up with absolutely no remorse, day after day. False commitments all the way. Spoke to the owner to let him know of the situation. His reaction - "we can't work on German timelines". It looks like the poor attitude flows right from the top. Strongly do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We opted for Bronze Bevel mirror with a customised design and they fit the frame really well. The mirror is flawless and edges perfectly polished. Customer service from Reflections is excellent, I would not hesitate ordering another and probably will.
