★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think its like any gym. For a person who has never done gym in his/her life, they gave you 3 sessions and after that you are on your own. Nobody teaches your techniques which i find really odd. All trainers are always in PT and never answers in one go. That is really annoying. Otherwise maintenance is good and machines are kept well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to workout. Very well maintained equipments & tools. Separate space for cardio and weight training. Two things that's worth joining this gym is cardio and hygiene. Cardio machines are way better than any gym in 3 km radius (in affordable membership). Overall very good experience in all aspects.

Purely unprofessional people with not etiquettes of talking to customers. Worst experience in any gym in delhi ncr. Atleast talk nicely to customers who have given money.
