I had been having skin issues for a few months. Despite taking regular treatment from a well known doctor in mumbai and later from a pvt hospital in pune, couldn't find relief. It was through Google reviews that I came across Dr. Jalpa and I am so so grateful for the services rendered by her.
Would recommend her to all those in need of skin related treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the front office experience, couldn’t see the Doctor.Very poor experience, Doctor should definitely think having professional front office staff.
Booked an appointment asked for convenient slot of their choice. They gave me 1 pm slot which I accepted. Went there in scorching heat.Reached 5 mins before.
Front office staff was behaving like take it or leave it, no courtesy, no enquiry.
When told about I have an appointment at 1, she asked me to fill the form on tablet. Then I asked if it is going to take time, she rudely replied- please wait for 2 mins.
Thats how I waited for 20 mins. Then decided to leave as I had other commitments.
Still the lady didn’t say a word.
Only wearing professional attire or carrying a tab instead of pen and paper doesn’t make you professional.
I understand sometimes Doctor may be busy with something and patient needs to wait, but its the job of receptionist to communicate it effectively.
Hope to see some improvement if Owner/ Doctor accepts this feedback.
