And sound quality also OK..
I think they have increased more capacity in same area as now a days movies profit is only first 2 - 3 weeks, so earn as much as possible in these weeks. I don’t know why people gave 5 stars after they had faced seating problems.
It is really very uncomfortable.

One star you lost because of parking facility. I parked my 2 wheeler out side theater but I had been fined ₹ 500.00 by traffic police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The last few of the single screens left in the city. It's is very affordable (both tickets and food) but that also means the kind of crowd that comes in is the noisy, irritating kinds. The seating is not the most comfy but i guess it's worth it for the experience of enjoying a movie in an art deco cinema. Strictly decent audio and screening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone for Avengers:Endgame show, and this place is quite good, gives you that "goosebump experience". Has got a snacks corner and as any and every other cinema hall, charges a lot for even a 50ml bottle of water but the movie experience is wonderful. Would definitely recommend you if you wish to book a movie at this place.

It's a single screen theater.
Sitting is now not in good condition like it's olden types.
Rates are not high.
Normal crowds like to watch here to make fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the heart of Mumbai City Regal Cinema offers viewers an amazing single screen experience.. The total seating capacity is approx 1100. The architecture reminds us of the bygone era, which is lost in today's modern designs and technology.
Fun Fact: Regal Cinema is the 1st Air Conditioned Cinema Theatre in India.
The refreshments are very reasonable unlike the multiplexes.
Overall an amazing experience.
