1600/- ka heels liya and vo ek month m hi 5-6 time use kerke baad toot gaya.. Repair kerne ke liye diya 26th Jan ko.. Ek month hua per repair kerke nahi mila mujhe meri heels.. Jo No. Diya hai vo working nahi hai and vo aapko call kerke inform ker ke inform kerne nahi.. Aap ko garaj hai toh aap kerte raho call per call.. Aaj 26feb hai.. 1month hua.. Mere ghar se inke showroom ka distance approx 2km hoga.. Aaj call kiya status ke liye toh bolte hai humne courier ker di.. Like seriously.. Jo call kerne ko bother nahi kerte vo courier karenge.. Funny... Very ridiculous person and staff they are.. No wonder unki shop kyu itni khali khali rahti hai.. Trust damage Kernege toh kon aana chahega inki shop per.. Main toh bolungi aap sadak se chappal le lo vo b chalegi per ye logon se kabhi mat lena... 1 star bhi deserve nahi kerte ye log..

By placing their own brands, deceptively given international sounding names like ' Alberto Torecelli" 'Egle' and suchlike, and placing them in the middle of genuinely good international brands like Clarks and Florsheim, they appear to be pushing off their poor quality store brands. The sandal I bought from them (I normally buy Pavers) is the worst quality I have bought in years -- uncomfortable & stiff. They should probably spend some of the money they spend on high rents, interior decor and slick salesmen in to improving their product quality. Overall a disappointment and not a place I would like to go back to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales staff is rude infact very rude. Things are fake cheap imitation bearing similar logos of brands and materials used are the cheapest. Service is pathetic. If there was a zero start I would have given them a zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have good quality products. I think they use first hand copies of brands and sell on higher rates. I bought Ruosh shoes. They were costly but now the sole is gone just after I used them four or five times. Shops like these are looting people on the name of brand. Don't go for their products. Also pathetic service makes it a big problem.
