★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible after sales service. They sold a pair of sketchers, guaranteed it for two years on the memory foam, which became defective in 22 days. For replacement, they simply removed the memory foam and put a basic sole.
Another shoe they said they'll repair, kept it for 2.5 months and gave it back defective.
Don't visit the store. Very very sad service. They'll promise you everything but won't give anything.
