★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Regalo after being disappointed with other trophy vendors in the vicinity. Most of the other vendors we visited had stale designs that were quite outdated. On visiting Regalo, we were stunned by the range of trophies on display starting from a few hundred rupees to ones going into lakhs. Mr Vinay from the Regalo team was quite professional and patient even though our order value was relatively small. Despite the small order value, the Regalo team was thoroughly professional and delivered the trophies before time!
Had a great experience at Regalo and would definitely be recommending to others too, even if your order values are small. If you ever think of buying trophies or momentoes, you should definitely be visiting this place at least once...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ May be they have good collection. But no one to guide and show. Each one is in his own work. I am not in sales is the word there. Even for small query not bothered to answer. I wanted to buy 40 gifts, I told them also. The rep just turned away saying I am not in sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trophy are good and excellent and have a good collection but there is no proper representative who can guide and there is no proper discount. We're if u do bill for 50k also there is no discount and very unhappy with the representative to give a proper details of the trophys.if u can change the representative we will be Felling to come again and again and we do the tournaments every year please the management look in to. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience here... they made me pay the full amount beforehand and didn't deliver in time... nobody to take care of customers or answer queries. The number provided to the customers is never answered by anyone when called. Absolutely no way to know whether the product you have placed an order for is ready or not since they won't even bother to inform you. It is upto you how many times you can personally visit them and keep asking for the product you've placed an order for. Also the prices are the higher end. I realized i was made to pay much more than what was required since i got the same quality product elsewhere at much cheaper price!

More over it looks like government office where people are in hurry to go home.. Also do not have proper interaction with customers. BIG NO to this store from Me.
