★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Club House is massive. View from the balcony is also nice. However, locality is a big challenge. It's in an isolated place where there is nothing much apart from Dmart. The price that they are quoting currently is definitely overvalued. Wait for sometime and you will get the same flat at much cheaper rate in resale
