★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. I was billed for wheel alignment and the same was not done at all. The service advisors have no clue of the work to be done and inflate prices randomly. They are least bothered to get the car serviced properly. A roadside shop should provide more customer satisfaction that this fraud service center.
Update - They are replying here asking me for my contact number. I have received numerous sales call from you people and told the same story but no-one bothered to do anything about it. So do not try to pull a PR stunt that you care for your customers whereas all you want is their money by making a fool out of them. In case there is ounce of truth to this PR, you have my number @ Beat 8215.

Pros
1 - The staff here is highly friendly and helpful
2 - Mr gagandeep hi is the service manager and he is an absolute gentleman will always help you out.
3 - There was some rattling noise in my Honda City ivtec 2011 model.
4 - They checked my vehicle thoroughly and also lubricated shocker mounts and replaced a missing bolt of my cars underbody ..(they didn't charge a single penny!!!!!!!)
5 - They could have easily misguided me by saying that the whole suspension needs to be changed or the rack should be repaired(told by Honda service center) but they didn't ... Moreover they said my vehicle was Running just fine no need to put in any money at this point of time.....

Cons
1 - I could hardly see any of there worker wearing face mask which is quite essential in this covid 19 crises
2 - They were not checking the body temperature of the customers.
3 - Though they have a hand sanitizer right near the entrance the guard didn't ask me to sanitise my hands which anyways I personally Did for my safety and others safety as well.
I have reported all these problems to mr gagandeep ji and he said it would be rectified...
Apart from this highly professional staff, great place to get your car serviced from ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regency Car Services at Faridabad, successfully rectified the long standing problem in my Chevrolet Beat (Petrol) 2013 LT model. The 1-->2<--3 gear shift was not working well and there always used to be some metal rubbing noise while operating and shifting to gear 2. The part was successfully replaced and the gear was repaired, though arrival of spares took considerable time. They also, successfully replaced the faulty steering arm after arranging the spare. Availability of spares for the car was an issue due to which the car had to be left at the garage for several days. The service center staff and mechanics are polite and are supportive to ensure good service.
