★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very first impression of the restaurant actually arises a lot of expectations in terms of the service, the essensce of the restaurant, the delicacies etc. But the overall experience won't let us put a tick on all these. The staff is not up to the mark and so are the services. The taste and the food quality is good but not good enough. Also the prices seemed to be quite overrated. This is all about my personal experience.
I've not experience the bar side of it but would definitely give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is severely under staffed. The available staff doesn’t even care to serve for plain water let alone taking orders. Was made to wait for 45 mins before getting a table and then made to wait an eternity for placing order.
Please skip if visiting with family. Not worth it. Could have rated negative if given an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service of Regency Family Restaurant was very poor .... My Experience is very very Bad.... I, thik they don't know how to manage rush & family with child .... Staff even don't know provide Glass for water & serving too....each Item we had wait for almost 30 minutes n then when we asked that time staff provide us, such things..... Even Chicken piece not cooked properly.... Waste of Money & too much disappointing........

Service is slow.
Incorrect billing - we ordered chicken platter which cost around Rs 800 whereas they billed for same around Rs1200. When we checked with them they stated we gave chicken tandoori platter, even without asking us they gave different dish and manager was very rude to talk.
Well i end my experience in disappointment this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospitality is nice. About food- common taste as others. I think it's fantastic if I went to fast food corner. It's not family restaurant because they serves alcohol drinks. Overall my experience is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is chicken Platter from regency family restaurant. Very delicious and serves upto 2-3 people. Very good service and humble staff. Restaurant is also not far from station. You will surely love this place. I even had other food there... Chicken biryani and many more. You should surely visit this place once if you are a foodie ✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ambiance, we had veg and non veg food for the dinner. All over food quality was satisfactory. Some of the waiters seems new and so did small small mistakes but it didn't affect our evening. Service was prompt.
