NEGATIVE-
The mannage or the sales staff by the name of Ms. Anjali who was attending us was very rude and spoke to our parents in a very unprofessional manner.
They agreed to everything at first but after the advance was provided to them, they started creating a ruckus over everything they promised.
The decoration team took a hefty decor budget and the the decor was still not upto the mark.
The decorator ( Ms. Ipshita) never picks up your call even after calling her 7 times in a row.
They promised to handover the venue by 6 but the venue was still not ready till 7:30-8pm.
If you're going to host a party at this venue, you're be ready to get embarrassed as the cops keep showing up every hour due to music which we were playing at a very low volume.
Don't fall into the trap of package deal they offer, as you'll end up spending a lot then you were suppose to.
POSITIVE-
The food was nice, the menu offered a variety of cuisine.
The venue is spacious to host a gathering of 500 easily.
The floor staff was very helpful and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great and spacious for wedding functions and parties. Set is modern and looks new. Plenty of parking space and good valet service. Just a little offset, that the place is a little far away. Takes a while to reach there. But the approach road is good and the premises is easy to locate.

No lights in the washroom. Even not clean as well.. Average place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Services, Cleanliness and Hygiene. An excellent wedding location at Kapashera Extension, Delhi with two spacious lawns. The aesthetic appearance of the Mongolia lawn by Tivoli Veda is extremely beautiful and really enchanting. Great place for functions of gathering 400-500 people.

She goes beyond expectations and I will definitely recommend this place for Your family functions. Food was good too. Thank You so much Ms Anjali and Team Tivoli Veda for managing it so well. All staffs are very good and very cooperative especially Ms.Anjali (very experienced & polite spoken women) who has given us full satisfaction which makes us to plan my sister wedding at Tivoli Veda. She is an asset. Wedding goes so well. Everything was flawless. I will definitely plan my wedding at this venue for sure.
