My father ECHS HEALTH insurance card is invalid just because you staff didn't approved it.poor response didn't expect this kind of behaviour from u guyzzzz...There is an office located here in Kathmandu capital of Nepal where ECHS HEALTH INSURANCE is made compulsory for every Indian ex army.well when I reached to the ECHS office the ECHS staff said to call Jabalpur coz my father regiment is jabalpur.what the hell is wrong with the phone receiver guy??
