Regional Hospital - Una

My experience about Una Govt hospital is really bad because I have lost my kid due to negligence of nurses and poor guidance by Doctor's. The senior doctor (Ravi Sharma)could not guess the cause of throat problem of my kid and suggested one medicine to take drop of that. (which was not available in hospital) My kid born on 23rd Nov and 25th Nov was his last night. Great medical facility provided by government, but poor services by staff nurses. The behavior of nurses is not good at all even with the patients. In Labor room it was told to my wife that (jyada jaldi hai to operation kra le).The labor room was not good at all , no heater was available. I don't know, why doctors did not pay attention for that. On 23rd Nov 2016, there were 10-15 normal deliveries in that temporary labor room. I came to know that most of the kids were facing throat infection problem. But doctor did not take that seriously. My wife told me that it was so cold in the labor room as she stayed there for 5-6 hours. Later i realized that the problem with the kids was because of the bad temperature in the labor room. Bur staff nurses and doctor did not realized that and they were discharging the patient with normal reports. My cousin lost his wife 5-6 years back in the Una Govt hospital because of the careless of nurses and doctors in normal deliveries. I thought now time has changed and a lot of facilities are available in the Govt hospital, but still the services are poor. I lost my kid by taking a chance. It was my biggest mistake to admit my wife in Una Govt hospital. Hospital Management team should guide and teach Staff nurses and gates constables to behave properly with patients and their relatives. Management should guide them about the Hospitality standards services. If they are getting their salaries on time, they should justify it by providing best services to the patient with politeness+professionalism. Management should take necessary action against the defaulters and guide the doctors to pick the calls in day time at least. I heard that cases are going on against Dr. Rajan angra and Mukesh as well. I am sure that they would have given pain to many others like me. Also Dr. Ravi should come in the list as he is the child specialist in Una govt hospital. Dr. Ravi should not discharge the patient if he feels that new born kid has any kind of issue, but he doesn't care it seriously and later on parents face the trouble and loose their kids. If later on someone goes to hospital they blame the kid's family not themselves.. really poor services in Una govt hospital by the doctors and staff as well.

Dr Anshul Sharma the Gynecologist is very bad person.he sontknow how to behave with ladies. CMO should teach him to to behave.

Una regional hospital is satisfactory place providing all types of medical facilities and range of doctors for every medical issue . Even number of new and well operated medical instrument in the hospital provide patient good facility. toleratable staff and quite good hygiene. Wide parking area provided. wheelchair service also available .But the service in emergency is not good the training nurses are not punctual.

Very bad management and services, No hygienic and always crowdy . Patients might get more sick. No proper ventilation in rooms. Need to improve all the structure.

Very pathetic staff. We are facing problem since morning 8 am . Now it's lunch time. Even nursing don't want to attend patient. Nurse do very bad behavior to us. They feel patients not human . Nodal authority not supporting. Every department is pathetic. I have no words to explain how bad this hospital. Patients should go private hospital otherwise this hospital surely kill you.

Pathetic staff.. It is my humble request please don't go for covid19 testing here. They are taking covid test in isolation ward and don't even warn people that there are Corona patients around. Test timings is 4 PM but doctor and paramedic staff is coming after 04:45 PM and then again they are treating patient very rudely and in very pathetic way . No value and respect of our time. Reports are coming after 4 days even though you required that in 72 hours. So my suggestion is that if you are going to Una hospital please be careful with zero expectations.

Better Services But need more Space & Latest Medical Equipments for Best Treatment of Patients..
