★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to share my experience and I want to give a advise to the HRTC Department. I traveled from Dharamshala to shimla in Traveler bus service which starts at 5:00 am that bus is not comfortable for 9 Hour long journey , chairs are not reclining, its not spacious, driver was in hurry its was a terrible experience for me even the bus ticket is expensive which is Rs.485 it is not worth. I suffered form backache after travelling in that bus. Department should stop this bus service for long journey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sir your bus counducter is not good . Today I am traveling on your bus from Pathankot to Jalandhar . Today is 26.2.2019 . Time is 7 59 p m . I am nearly mansar Punjab tool tax . Your counducter give me tickets for dasuya but charge for Tanda. One dailly coustmer they pick FROM Mahal bhoor & drop him in bhanghala . He charges only 10 RS without ticket . It's not good sir . Today is 26.2.2019 . .bus service is Chamba Delhi bus service. . I am near bhanghala Punjab. . I will attach my ticket. Also . please take a action on counducter . My ticket no is 124328

Also today the bus haven't arrived. Hrtc you should be responsible for the transport services on the routes which has only one bus service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice facility of Himachal Pradesh transport corporation. All the working Staff here very nice and hard-working. Facility have less space but managed well by senior Staff. Some of old buses are here that should be removed or scraped so new buses can be purchased and used in public transportation. Whatever junk are kept here to be removed to create the space to adjust buses which are coming for servicing and maintenance.

Even after sending numbers of mail only 1 reply received for my address and contact verification... no action taken..... HRTC Management is really a Jock in the name of CRM.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a bus from Shimla to Chandigarh(2:30pm).Earlier they said they’ll reach old Panchkula at 5:30 or 6:00 pm and now they took longer route also and there is no way they’ll reach old Panchkula before 7 or 7:30pm. There was no traffic jam through out the route. Highly annoying.
