★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst office ever this should be closed permanently. No ethics call center is useless no one will answer call during the working hours. Numbers provided are simply waste. You need to travel to nagpur if your file is stuck, status won't be correctly updated on portal no use of technology or lack of skills of employees

They should be interactive with customers and prompt to their work..my Passport application is submitted from Dec and still its pending and showing uder RPO Nagpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. I am waiting for my passport from last 1.5 years and never heard anything from them. I am stuck and don't know what shall I do next. Atleast they should answer the calls and tell the way forward. No use of giving their contact information on google because these people are always busy doing nothing and hence they don't even care to revert to mails or calls. Such people should not be in the system, wasting everyone's time. Please hand over the office to someone who is responsible enough to solve our problems.
