★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Government office I have ever visited. The office hours begin at 7 but the server is down till 10 am. That is mandatory!! Closing time doesn't change as per the servers, office closes on time, always. No one working there has any clue about the servers and are not interested in answering your questions. I went there at around 6:45 am and my number was 2nd for the registration. Finally, the servers started sharp at 10 am. Our process was finished by 11am. If the government isn't capable for digitisation then they should go back to working offline! This would save us a lot of time.
