2.Link Documents,
3.Draft agreement/deeds etc,
4.Encumbrance Certificate and
5.Pattadar passbooks..etc.
Generally, It requires
1.Two or more parties for personal representation at Registration Office.
with consideration or without consideration;
2.Stamp Duty Payment Challan for Registration (made on specific Banks);
Stamp/ Non Judicial Stamp (Generally Rs.100/- denomination).
3.Printed Agreement/Deed (1st page on Non Judicial Stamp).
4.Dully filled and representation form (with Thumbprints and Passport photos affixed on it).
5.Schedule appointment for registration with registrar;
