★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Bihar Govt. Sub. Registry Office wherein land trasfer deeds along with other jurisdictional registration works are done. Presently this office is in rental premises having no adequate space for works and parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was ok..Can say that work there on time and near office u got lots of sweets hotel and other eating places and photocopy shop near it ...But the problem is parking...Parking place don't have, u have to park ur vehicle on the road side...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a well maintained place , very congested there is no facility of public toilet, not having place to seat even after they create a lot of revenue, government should focus on it's developed because It is one of the most busy registry office of Patna.

Totally congested area adding to the woo experience with regular link failure on top of it which delays the entire REGISTRATION process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office generating such a huge revenue doesn't have a place to sit. No toilet, drinking water or place to park your vehicle. Moreover, they won't provide you the final papers on the same day unlike other registry offices. They take their sweet time ranging from 3 days upto 3 weeks. The registration doesn't happen in front of the registrar and nobody knows what registrar does as she/he stays in a closed cabin all the day.
The process of registration is a complete pain. And needless to mention - no bribe, no work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small congested office.. too many peoples in congested place.. mocking covid norms. also facing communication link failure regularly. Govt should make big building and make good facility, internet etc.
