★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a hair cut & balayage treatment at Regius. It was absolutely amazing. Two guys did my hair treatment Hassan & Imran, both were very hardworking and dedicated. The rest of the staff was very polite and courteous too. Highly recommended. Cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salon in Mumbai I've ever visited. They're out to fleece new customers especially if they know you're from abroad. Visited them around the 10th of Dec 2019 to have my eyebrows threaded and the upper lip and chin waxed. No problem with threading. The woman barely used any wax on those areas and finished rest off with threading. I was asked to pay 700+ Something until I told the lady at the counter did you see the amount of wax that was used. The bill was brought down to 400+rupees. Such a let down. The salons at phoenix mall are far far better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place for couple of years. It used to be a good place but now it has turned horrible. I think the management has changed. I have a package, they don't give me any receipts or accounting details for the amount of service I have availed. Every time I go for facial, I have had to stop mid-way because they use wrong products or the girl doing my facial doesn't know to how to massage properly. Many times they don't have the products for the facial I want. The only service that is going well for me is hair colour. I have been using the same guy for some time so he is good. But I think once my package is over, i am never going back to this place. It is the most horrible facial I have ever done. Three facials in a row I have had issues and the guy sitting at the reception just keeps nodding his head rather than taking my complaints seriously. Next time I go, the same issue arises again. Please go there at your own risk. And I would suggest to never get a haircut there. I haven't got a haircut in a long time, but I have seen how horribly they have messed up people's hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being big name never expected from a salon like Regus to give such pathetic service.
Came in today for eyebrows and got worst ever service from this people. First of all my eyebrows don't match with each other secondly overpriced.
I think the salons which are at road side would have done a good job than this people.
Would recommend to those who wants to spoil their event.
