Perfect Diagnosis and Excellent Physiotherapy treatment for Sciatica pain. I have sevear back pain since two months which was reflecting in my leg. I was in very painfull condition. Doctors advise me for Surgery. But i don't wanted surgery. So i choose another option of Physiotherapy and I got information for Dr Utkarsh kulshrestha from one of my uncle he advised me that if Dr Utkarsh kulshrestha tell you that you will be fine without surgery then he will definitely provide you perfect treatment for the problem. I took the Physiotherapy treatment from him and now I am perfectly fine with out surgery. So i also want to recommend him for Best Physiotherapy treatment in Pratap Nagar Jaipur.
