One lady called back and was very rude and only information she wanted from me was how many Kgs/hr I required rather than to understand my requirement and suggest the correct one. She lectured me that she did not have the time to go through my requirements and then order. No way am going to go back to this company which has such an attitude. Would be dangerous if I ever buy anything from them.
