★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience. Asked them to deliver medicine to my sick mother and they delivered it late left it at the gate. After quarreling with me for half an hour they said they'll get it picked up but not complete the delivery. Everyone from Dunzo to Zomato is allowed upstairs but apparently the watchman didn't allow them. After getting the owner and the watchman on conference call, the store owner refused to accept his mistake and went on to quarrel for half an hour more at 11:30pm- claiming his delivery guy won't lie to him. Ended by saying please don't buy from us, we don't need one of customers like you, we'll take the medicines back. Sorry, but this is no way to treat a customer- no matter how much business you get due to the pandemic.
