★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few Week back I bought 4 Ceiling fan however one fan of four is not working. I call relaxo customer service no and their website customer service no. They even don't responding on my calls. After One week I go to their website and found a relaxo senior engg contact no and I call them but they don,t have time to solve my query and give me another no and cut my phone. Very much disappointed. I call on the contact no, after I explain my full enquiry she speak me your complaint is also registered but no action on it and tell your Inquiry is re-generate and solve in next few days. Service of Relaxo was very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 2 Relaxo Fans from their Dealer in Tilak Nagar N Delhi.But from day one, one fan was defective and not giving required cooling due to defective wings.Several times I called Dealer and Customer service No but all complaints went to Deaf ears.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. I purchased Relaxo geyser last year in 2020 and now it has stopped working. Since it's under warranty and when I called their customer support they talked very badly and in such unprofessional way. They told me we can't do anything and don't peovide service in Delhi and disconnected my phone. We can't tolerate such rude and bad behaviour . I am gonna take some serious action regarding this.
