The phase 3 project of Reliaable Elegaance is launched as Park Lane on their website. They trick you to sell old unsold plots with new names. Reliaable (sorry UNRELIABLE) developers are ????. Booked a plot end of December and due to COVID situation had to cancel my booking within 15 days expecting to get the refund (by deducting the percentage for adminitrative charges). The real ordeal begins that time. No reponse from Mr. Chandru who was my CRM and Kokil CRM head regarding the confirmation for cancellation. Sent several mails and called but no response after one month they confirmed my cancellation and said i had to wait 90 days for the refund as per the policy. I agreed. After 100 days (4 months) i called them again with several follow-ups and got to know i have to wait another 60 days (2 momths) as per management decision. Who are those management can retain my hard earned money. This is clearly shows Reliable management strategy to make the customers run around and make them wait so that finally customers give up. Whether it's Nishant (Sales exec), Chandru (CRM), Kokila (CRM Head), Arun (Director) no use from these people. I am not sure whether these are known to the Mr. Reddy's (the owners of Reliable and Pioneer). This doesn't stop with the customers who cancel. It's the same status for the customers who purchased the plots from them. Check with the owners of the Prime city who bought the plots. They will tell you the stories of Reliable how the promise they made is in the air. Reliable and Pioneer (both seem to be the same managemnet) are very good in getting the cutomers by showing them the club houses and it's facilities with sweet talking and taking you in their buggy. All these are good on papers until they get their money after that they will never respond. In fact those club houses you can't use after you buy the plots. Talk to exsiting owners of Dollar Colony, Pioneer Gardenic etc... Starting from sales executies, CRM contact, CRM head, Director. No use. They have a very big team with no responsibility or accountability towards customers and make sure you run around. My sincere advice for the propsective owners are to stay away from builders like these and make sure you talk to the existing owners of the plots to understand the real ordeals they faced before you put your hard earned money. I know am not going to get my money back by writing this atleast thought it will be a eye-opener for the prospective buyers who spend hard earned money
