★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some people working in this showroom is of good behavior and helpful but many of them not. I bought a bike splendor plus (spl. Edition) having a charging port there, but they didn't check whether it was working or not and after taking delivery I found such fault in the bike. When I took it there they were not taking responsibility to make that fault resolved easily. I am very sad to say that they are very irresponsible.

1. Serivce - quick if you have immediate cash to pay.
2. Staff behaviour - pathetic.
3. Finance options - pathetic.
I asked for quotation for scooty so that I could get finance from my bank but they did not even provided that.

When we purchase bike then the sales department are mostly humble.. while servicing of bike then the behaving arrogantly in dhanbad realible show room most of service person having rude behaviour. I think they having not experience in service of bike and her supervisor specially MILAN DUTTA are not having the way how to talk with their coustomer. Most worst experience and this is my last visit in this showroom for servicing my bike and I will either not buy any bike through this showroom any any one taking my advice I will never recommend this showroom for buy or servicing.
