★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use DHL Services frequently. Everything that I sent that is delivered with in 72 hrs.at destination (many times parcel sent at noon arrives next 42 hrs to the destination) . I also received some of my packages via DHL, always fast and without any problems (I had a lot of issues with other shipping companies, since then I always choose DHL Nehru place whenever possible).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 4 months I used their services and the package got lost. They are not helping me out to find what went wrong. Everyone I speak too keeps asking me to.resend the same information again and then no response after that. Extremely unprofessional, non reliable and useless service. Their name should be Unreliable service!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service, not reliable and very unprofessional. After pickup, a message was sent by the team at 12:00 pm that some items were rejected and had been sent back to their office. When asked who rejected, they said Delhi Customs rejected and sent back the items. The next day, I called DHL directly to independently verify the story and was told by DHL that they picked up the package from the office at 3:30 pm. So this office effectively lied that Delhi customs sent back the package at 12, when the package itself was not picked up before 3:30. Now I have been running after them for the past one month to send back the supposed rejected items and refund the amount for the reduced weightage of the package but the team tells me everytime that we'll call back in an hour and give you details about the returned items and the refund and then never call back. I frequently send packages overseas but have never faced such problems. Never going to use this service again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional courier service. They had clearly said the courier would be delivered door to door without any extra charges. They had already charged twice the amount of what popular courier services charge and still the receiver had to pay custom duty.
Please use any other courier service but not THIS ONE!
Now, when i am reading other reviews, they are forwarding the same message to everyone in the reply.
Beware of the SCAM that they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience, i was in touch with one of their co-worker named Jyoti who didn't reply in the hours of need plus my friend in spain was asked to pay 100€, even when I had paid here for the package. I had clearly asked jyoti before if the receiver had to pay anything when the courier reaches to concerned person and she had said no!
