★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for 32inch monitor. One sales person said people generally use TV screens for computer work ?.
He didn't even know there is a huge different between TV and computer monitor.
He asked me where did I see such screen physically. So I had to explain him that IT industry use branded electronics like big LED screens with computers for their daily work.
This was unexpected part.
Apart from this.. the store is really good.

We purchase every time from reliance digital because they value of our money, they took care of customer satisfaction, and one thing I like the most is they dont tell too much information about any products(as like fake info) like other shop's. Today we brought one smart watch of noise and one Bluetooth headphones of realme, both the products are good and impressive. The cost is reasonable and same as compare to market cost. Customer representative was good and they have all information about every products. In future if I want to buy anything in electronic I will choose reliance digital. Thank you team. It was Good experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've paid for a cooler from reliance smart store in baramati. I was told it will be delivered very next day to my doorstep which is just 10 min away from store and apparently they can't give it to me right away so I've no option but wait.
My complaint is waiting is all I did, day after day I visit their store and they keep saying it will be delivered today, it is out for delivery just for you.
All Lies!!
If they can't deliver just let the customer know and refund the money so one can buy it from somewhere else, why are stalling the customer!?
