★ ★ ★ ★ ★ salesman are speaking to lie provide wrong knowledge to customer who buying their products (me buy a laptop salesman sell me 6month used type laptop he tell only 1 month of use such a greedy salesman my product was hp pavilion x360 me coming from middle class family an investment of 70000rs on wrong product which is given by reliance staff are too bad we can't afford or except this type of problems by reliance digital group

Thanks you for your well trained and excused store staff at Reliance digital store Siwan Bihar where they only gives false commitment and excuses for delivery.
After PDT(Promised delivery time ) they are unable to provide the product. I think I made a really horrible decision to take a product from your store which cannot deliver my product after 2 days of billing. Even local store are providing same day delivery but not your outlet.
This has given me real lesson and customer experience of Reliance digital store that in future I am not going to buy any product or suggest anyone to buy any product from your store for such a poor delivery response.
My family was so excited that today(25-06-21) they will receive the product but their excitement all went into the vain.
I am on the way to collect my product from your store by my own transport arrangement.
Thank for given me such a wonderful purchase experience at your store.
