★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, visited this store recently, the sales guy Salunkhe and assistant store manager Patil both wasted my 1.5 - 2 hrs in the store, while telling me offers that doesn't exist in their system, and when the time came for billing they said no that offer doesn't exist and I'll have to pay extra sum to buy the product I want, such a poor customer service, i asked for the senior store manager's phone number for complaining this unprofessional behaviour they refused to give me his phone number.
Such a shame to big brand Reliance Digital, Will never ever visit this store, and will tell all my relatives and friends to do so, instead will go to Croma or Arcee electronics for better customer experience and genuine customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy anything from this store, worst after sale service, once they sold their product they will ignore you, I bought whirlpool 360ltr refrigerator it has cooling issues but customer care of this store not receiving my call..... worst service, the sales persons will talk sweet till selling of their product...once their purpose of selling serve they will not recognise you... dont even visit this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Reliance store I’ve ever visited. They simply wasted 1.5 hours of mine. I went to buy a microwave oven yesterday, the sales person Mr. Rahul Salunkhe first said that I’ll get an electric kettle free with the oven and the price would also be less. He did good timepass for an hour roaming here and there and when we were about to do the payment he said you’ll have to pay for the electric kettle and this happened after 1.5 hours. There was some so called store manager Laxman, he said he looked after the store when the manager is not there, I’ve never seen such a useless store manager. He also first agreed with the offer and when I asked him while making the payment, he was not even ready to talk.
I would have paid the full amount and also for the electric kettle but why did they lie at the first place? Duping customers is what this store does. Never visiting here again, worst store and worst sales people. No respect of customers and they don’t even no C of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a Reliance employee myself of a different division have always tried to buy from Reliance Digital itself. Although I think now they need to be more competitive in pricing with many external options sometimes going way cheaper than here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad post sell service. They give you a word while purchase. But when it comes to installation/relocation or any service they just don't keep their word.
I asked for AC relocation installation to their customer care centre for 5 times in last 25 days. Each time they say that it will be done in 24-48 hours. Still I am waiting when their "24 to 48 hours" will complete.. Might be Its Planet Jupitor they are operating from, which may take this much time to complete 24-48 hours there. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE WHILE BUYING REFRIGERATOR! They will compare 3-star fridge which is older model in my years old to Latest 2-star refrigerator(In my case 2021) claiming it's better, PLEASE READ MODEL NUMBER CAREFULLY WHETHER IT'S 2S or 3S [S stands for star], so you avoid being fooled into buying older model fridge thinking it's 3 star. They had 3 star 2019 model at showcare and they delivered 2 star 2021 model. So, please beware!

I always have good experience from every reliance digital outlets.
There are no hidden charges, installation is free of cost and terms and conditions are always told clearly before you purchase any good.
This outlet is in Swan lifestyle building and is very spacious. Also it has ample of variety of each product you would like to purchase. Staff is good and polite and staff always make sure that you are pleased before leaving it. Definitely recommended.
