★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had gone for set up of my HP laptop ordered through Reliance Digital. It was ordered online and I was guided to reliance store for any queries by the website. But when I went to this store Mr Nikhil was the IT guy. After 1 hour also he couldn't help me with the set up. Really disappointing.

Their Senior person in sales helped us with diligence and hard work to approach other branches to make the product available to me. I went there to buy a Rosegold Apple Mac book Air and it was not available anywhere. He tried his best and delivered it to me on very next day by arranging it from Worli store. Hats off to him...

Don't trust them at all.
Customer service is even more worst they directly disconnected your call.

Atleast sufficient fan or cooler should be there while dealing with customers.
