★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really fed up with reliance and tcl. I purchased a 65" TV from them and now it been more than 6 months im after them for the repair as it is not working properly.
Till now they have visited my place for 4 times and still no solution is given.
Now reliance is saying they cannot do any thing now it is the TCL who will look into this. And vivek who is the regional manager of TCL say he don't have any details and want another visit. Attching email screenshot for reliance corporate office please look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have a good experience. The sales staff there responsible for attending the customers is least interested in selling the products. The store does not offer any discounts. If you know what to buy, you can visit the store and buy the specific item. Otherwise, the store is not of much use. Bad experience overall !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had this bad an experience for purchasing a product. It took almost an hour to buy an esim. On top of that, withing 15 mins i got an sms that there is an issue and i need to revisit the store. This is the worst experience i have had so far. They need to reorient the staff for a customer centric approach. Will not recommend this store to anyone.
