★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took laptop from Reliance digital and the product is in warrant of 2 years. After 8 months of purchase, the laptop was not power on. When took to showroom, they didn't do any repair in revert gave address of service center, which is not services the Avita brand. It's very pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is too high compared to croma store. Stocks are good but I found nearly 2k difference in price compared to the store. Purchased fridge at athishwara for 24k and same unit here is 30k and 27k in croma huge price difference and the staff said this 30k price is only for today offer tomorrow it will increase.?? Lol. Staffs didn't wear masks properly. Parking is available

Bought a refrigerator in November from this store, they mentioned I will receive cashback after 3 months ( 3 EMI payments). 5 months are completed still have not received cashback. A month back they mentioned will receive cash on April 10 but haven't received it, every time I when tried reaching them they say will follow up and call back but never received any call from them. Had the very worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an ac on 27th April, first the AC was delivered late by 4 days, ok as stock was not there then even after delivery it took 5 days for them to install the same which was not acceptable. They surpassed all their promised timelines of 24-48 hrs and installed the AC after me following up multiple times on 5th day. Poor customer experience and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place. No issues as such but it does upset when they come up with some suggestions or the other after billing. Example they suggested 1500 for OS back up pen drive after billing. I did not appreciate that. Should have been mentioned upfront

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an AC, on 3 days back. I was informed that the next day it would be delivered and following day technician would fix it. When no one turned up, i called them and informed within 48hrs from delivery. Now no one is answering the call and the item is simply lying here. Pathetic Service! Don’t fall prey to their sales tactics! I had a really bad experience. Its pathetic that no one answers the call when we call them.
