★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic response by reliance digital. Bought a RO from them, they promised delivery for next day but it was not delivered even a week after, frustrated by this we canceled the order, the official cancelation email and approval prpcess itself took good 5-6 days with multiple calls by our side to the store. Post that more than 15 days have passed, we are still trying to follow up with them for the refund. Any company takes maximum 3-4 days to refund a person's money. These people claim to to take 10-15 days, which has also passed but we haven't still received anything.
Not even once, we recieved a call from the store to provide us a status on delivery delays or cancelation process or anything. We had to follow up ourselves every time that too with the help of few people's personal phone numbers that we were able to get while we visited the store. None of the numbers they provide on bill or are available are going to work.
Do not purchase any thing from this place that you cannot take home the same day with you or needs an installation person to visit your place or anything like that,these people are going to make you life hell. They will just make excuses every other day and have zero complaining resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a TV and AC that was to be delivered within two days. I am still waiting for the product. Store keepers don't attend calls. And they have no answer at all. Product ordered absolutely not delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed order for 2 ACs on 15 April 2022, the sales girl Neeru assured that it will get delivered by 16 April 2022. Today is 19 April 2022 but till now the product has not been delivered and even when contacting Customer support they say that they will arrange a call back from the store but till now have not received any call back as well even though told by customer support 3 times that they will arrange a call back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased 1.5ton Samsung split AC from here , 2 days back it has delivered and they promised us to do installation of it on yesterday, but after delivering the AC , they are not responding properly . We had a word with Mr. Nitin today, but after couple of minutes, he disconnected our call. This kind of services they are providing to customers.The customer care no. Is not responding. It is hard to get any information from them.
The worst services I ever faced in my life. They don't know how to deal with the customers.
In the name of services ,these people will give you stress.
I will never refer people to purchase any item from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited place, As I visited in afternoon, there was no crowd of customers, but cleanliness was there inside, and staff was in staff was in position , ready to serve and variety of items I found including various brands. Less noisy place..Quite rush found at Jio Store inside , but only 1 guy was there.. i think need multiple peoples to serve peoples as everyone is fan for Jio now a days.. but overall I have enjoyed my 2 hrs ..its quite nice experience I think..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete store for all needs.I can't see good offers on Apple products here also on other electronic gadgets and appliances. Compare to this Croma has much best deals over laptops and mobile phones of all premium and other brands. But here in Reliance store you can buy all groceries and fabric products on good price. Now a days store is open from 10am to 5pm only due to lockdown till 12th Jan 2022. Please wear mask ? as without mask there is no entry. Also keep your vaccination certificate ready or handy in your mobile, as they are allowing entry on basis of this into Crown interiorz mall. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main reason due to which I'm giving Reliance Digital 4 stars is the offers which they provide. Literally you can get best deals as compared to any other store. I've bought a laptop from there and have got a total discount of Rs. 6000/- and this is even when I have financed it, i.e. haven't paid the full amout at that time and choosed to pay using EMI as an option.
Atlast, Literally a great offline place for best deals!
