★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service by Reliance. They will cancel your order if you don't purchase the extended warranty of Reliance.
They will not even tell you if order is cancelled or not. After 2-3 days of waiting and 10+ customer care and reliance digital calls they will tell you its under cancellation.
Never purchase from Reliance digital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, Did not had a great experience, Sales representative was not enthusiastic in showing the AC models neither she took the initiative to explqin further. Rates were high with other shops.
Sales representative asked us to furnish the document s of the permanent and rental residence. Whereas I have got the product from a Electronic mall without giving a single document.
Teach them to be polite and take initiatives to cater the consumers demand.
Also the Reliance online and offline rates are not matching.
Not a great experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service of installation. Bought an expensive washing machine, the sales rep was good. Their delivery service and installation lacks coordination and pass on responsibility to others. I wish I had purchased from somewhere else. Even after endless calls, the machine isn't installed yet.

I had bought refrigerator and water cooler from this store and the refrigerator did not work from day 1, the Reconnect cooler stopped functioning fully after 12 days and again after 7 days of repairing. They provided me replacement of refrigerator after so many follow up calls with them. But didn't give me replacement of cooler because of the "7 days replacement policy". Now only option I have is to log issue everytime and wait for technician to repair.
The technician will also come after 2-3 days of reporting issue. While buying the store person has given me so much confidence about service and now after buying they are not even understanding that if the new purchased item is creating problem on day 12 then how long it will work properly. Please don't buy anything from here as from my experience i can say these people will deliver you already repaired/replaced items. If your luck is good then the product won't work from day 1 and you will get replacement. Otherwise you will have to log issue lifetime and wait for repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store looks good with majority of home appliances and electronic items. However, I had a very bad experience in March 2022. I purchased a 1.5T LG Air Conditioner, paid extra for the installation (Rs. 1400), assured with a 2 days installation schedule by the sales girl, and still it is not installed from a last 4 days. When I called the store, they had no clue. They don't work synchronously with the installation team. I am now stuck with them, unfortunately. (Note: Most of AC brand offer installation, but at Reliance digital, they do installation internally).
I suggest to explore other (and local) home appliances shops/stores who offer much better and customised service.

When I called the store, they had no clue. They don't work synchronously with the installation team. I am now stuck with them, unfortunately. I suggest to explore other (and local) home appliances shops/stores who offer much better and customised service or purchase online better then Reliance digital.
Purchased a TV on the same day from Lotus shop, installation personnel came next day itself and installed it.. Happy with their services.
