★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store sees itself different from other RD stores. They have higher prices than what’s mentioned on their own website and they don’t care to even consider what customer has asked.
Moreover the fun fact is they denied me AmEx card discount (5%) which was mentioned on a small offer label in their store.

To attract their customers they will offer a price you cant egnore
And in the end they will make a fool of you and change their statement
And when you ask for the discounted rate they offer you 1hr before
At they time that item will be out of stock or xyz
Like serious these people change their statment with in an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faced very poor experience, i dealed 50 pcs of electric kettles for gift purpose in urgent and paid some token money but on delivery day reliance associate said we don't have the stock sir. This is the way they deal with the customers, it was totally very rude and poor behaviour of reliance sales team.
