★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t fall for the trap of buying AC’s from reliance digital.on the pretext of slightly cheaper rates they will give you third class products which start malfunctioning in a month . I paid for the 5 year support and warranty and now I am stuck with them . It’s impossible to get someone assigned to my ticket.

I have purchased the ac from that store and sales man person told us I have added all the required tool on bill for ac installation, when we received AC there was no pipe and stand.we have to pay extra now.never purchase anything from reliance store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Reliance Digital Store today located in Logix Mall I wanted to buy a Alexa for myself. When i entered the store and started looking for a store rep to get some help and information there was no one within approach, I tried to talk to a couple of reps for information but nobody cared to help.. all the reps were unhelpful and rude to begin with... After several attempts to get some help and attention i gave up and asked for a manager.. i explained everything to him and to my surprise even the manager was not so much interested to help or gave any concern or positive vibes... I finally purchased it from a different store... If the staff carries the same attitude always then good luck to ur store and sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class service and installation. All phones are either switched off or kept busy always and no other no. is given. Brought an AC and the ground unit they gave purposefully charging 900. 6 technicians called. One came and says that this will not do and we need hanging one which is 2000 rupees. If not that then we will fix on another wall where wire will be 900 per ft and bill again 2000+. Purposeful and planned way for technicians to cheat in conjunction with the people at Reliance Digital Logix Mall. You cannot contact them as no phone work. 3rd class. Go to Vijay Sales its much much better. These guys are corrupt thieves. The pricing also changes from what one says and what the next one says and finally what you end up paying. Even Reliance Digital customer care will keep u on hold for a minute then say hold for another 1:30 minutes. No will will talk to you finally. 3rd class

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Ac from them on 20th march and got it a day after.as promised the installation was for next day of delivery and now its been 7 days and i have been chasing them on call mails and what not. Everyday they say it will get installed today tomorrow for sure but not resolution. I am very dishearten with there service. Even on the day of purchase i ask them if they cannot take the installation within 3 days of delivery please confirm i can purchase from somewhere else as was some urgency but they assured and gave even in writing. They have also taken advance for the installation and have made a condition that their technical team will have to open the box otherwise if the damage related thing will be void. Now i can't ask the brand (lg) to install it even paying again for the installation charges. I can’t believe a store like Reliance can do this to their repeating customers. Very bad service false claims and assurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited AC section yesterday. Way of working is just like Govt clerk style. For delivery and installation it was informed that it will require min 6 days. Went out side vendor, same day the AC was delivered and in the evening it was installed. Hope you people will improve your way of working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lot of variety in electronics.The staff was very quick to understand your need &guide you to the best possible option. The sales people were knowledgeable and give you best price & quick service. I didn't give 5 rating because there was no place to sit in store baring 3 chairs which was mostly occupied.
