Billing issues in server at time of payment, false commitments on availability of product and seniors always giving options etc.
Request you not to kindly get this done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have great staff usually, BUT sad to see that the sales guy did not have any knowledge of the product he was giving demo on - Smartwatch Or AC. They try to just let you know about finance. Don't suggest cashback offers even when they have it.
He had to ask one or multiple folks for exact features or price.
They started playing annoying local music(unruly), which in my opinion does not creat a positive ambiance for the customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THERE WAS NO OPTION TO RATE IT IN MINUS OR ZERO SO I HAVE TO RATE THEM 1. Do not trust their commitments at store (Shipra mall)..!!!! The worst delivery service and customer service I have ever seen. I purchased a TV at store on 18th Apr, made the payment and I was told the TV will get delivered on 19th or 20th. I'm typing this review on 22nd Apr and I still have no clue about my TV getting delivered. Their CRM and Customer service rep (RESQ App) disconnected my call without even resolvimg the issue. I'm looking to get the TV delivered by today or the order will be cancelled. WORST EXPERIENCE.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there today afternoon at around 12:15 and were shown refrigerators , washing machine , air conditioners. Anuradhapura was good .All was going well and we wanted to buy the air conditioner today and the other products at a later date . When the final negotiations were taking place all of ur staff surrounded us and ur sales lady Rehana tried to manipulate us with her Einstein like mathematics thinking us of a first grader who can’t calculate . To assist her , all of ur staff made a circle around us and tried to intimidate us in buying the air conditioner at an inflated price and kept wasting our time for half an hour . Ur staff was occupying the sofas meant for waiting customers and were so engulfed in playing on their mobile phones that we kept on standing . I countered her with calculations on paper that all her calculations are worthless . Anyone can do it on fingers . We left angry and disappointed to have wasted 1 hour of our time . More discount was again offered when we left the showroom over telephone which shows the unprofessional attitude of ur staff . Please check the showroom cameras between 12:15- 1 pm and check urself how all of ur staff surrounded us . We are never returning to ur showroom and will ask our colleagues and friends and family to do the same . Thanks.
