★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Nov 28, 2021 booked new automatic washing machine as well as got delivered on same day. We are waiting for the technician who needs to install the machine from last 3 days and these guys are keeping us waited for the same telling that the technician will come today, in 1 hour, etc. Till now the work isn't done.The worst experience ever had.

Today there were 4 staffs in your khadakpada store but we have to wait for more than half an hour for just buying a new SIM card. They were busy with "one specific" customer only?
Due to their timepaas my vehicle was being towed by Traffic authorities(happened aft 7 pm) where I had to spend Rs. 400/- unnecessarily.
Why you had kept such an inactive staff who has no value of new and existing customer...
Sorry to say but such a good company will have to change the name from "Jio" to " Maro".....very bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic post sale service. They are as bad in post payment service as they were good before payment. Didn't get my order even after promising multiple time and now ,no one will ever pick your call once you are did with your payment. So beware before buying any product and just don't go with their sweet word and promise they made during time of sale.
