Quite big store it have all electronics gadgets available inside asusal electronics items found inside reliance digital. Visit this shop in case you need to purchase any electronics good...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt they have a wide range of products across brands but I'm a little disappointed because I didn't get the desired product there. I went to get a laptop for myself but they didn't have the configuration I wanted. They had a lower configuration available in the same model. The desired configuration was available online but not in the store. I don't understand why brands do this. But I had a overall good customer experience and the representatives were very polite and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest of poor service. Since 2018. Bad service by staffs. I went to buy toaster and when asked to show it's working... I was asked "do i have bread to demonstrate you?" This golden response was given by Mr. Anil kumar Rout who was so busy in phone and used the vaccum cleaner i purchased to clean his dirty phone. When asked about poor service and rude attitude, he left the place once again with mobile showing nil respect for his supervisor Mr. Routhray. This is not the first time. From a poor billing service to employing barely adult person like Mr. Bikash Ranjan who sold my laptop, reliance digital in college square has been detoriating successfully..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reliance digital sales person are good at selling the items to you. But once the good is sold they don't care at all. Forget about service. They keep scheduling the service day by day. Be very aware of their so called "ResQ" service. Do not dare to buy ResQ plans how much they insist you. However the store is large with many appliances but who cares if they are not good at after sales service. Better go online or choose any other outlet but Reliance Digital College Square Branch.
