★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice store with good environment and attitude of staff one day I had flight with ms labani Biswas regarding something of her behaviour but later on I realised may be it was out of her mind and mine also we may have engaged in spat due to counters being closed other side but I specifically suggest my feedback to reach her and short the matter. I like the way this store is organised in good fashion and lot of parking space along with wheelchair accessible stairs and lift being nice inside for moving dressing section of the mall which is on upper stairs.

Reliance Digital opened its first store on 24 April 2007 in Delhi.Currently there are more than 8,600 Reliance Digital and 1,800 My Jio stores in around 800 cities in India in addition to an online presence.The stores are spread across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh,Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, West Bengal, Orissa, Assam, Bihar, and Jharkhand. Reliance Digital Stores are bigger in size than the other format Digital Xpress Mini Stores.
It is one of the largest electronics retailers in India with over 5,000 products in its inventory.
You can get all types of electronics items here starting from Mobile to televisions to laptop camera etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst stores to buy electronic items. They would do anything to sell their product. But the product has been sold their services are worst. The staff is not only rude but lethargic and unhygienic.
Better to avoid this place and buy from some place else.. you will never get good service... be it TV washing machine or refrigerator or else

You need to be an expert in negotiating to get a proper discount.
Beware of their offerings on maintenance. They will try to trap you with 2/4 years of maintenance support. In reality the support is actually the same as other service providers. You will not find much value addition.
Long story short: focus on discount, not on maintenance.
Caution: check other appliances stores before making a final call. While others will give you a flat discount, Reliance digital will give you the same with added maintenance cost. In the end, you are paying for average service with less discount.
Few rare good words : they do have varieties of product. If you can negotiate then it would be a good deal for you.
