★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst shopping experience ever...they treat you well before you book your appliances and once the payment is done they will pay absolutely no attention to you...they will not deliver your order on time, they will make false promises, everything about their service is fake, the designated executives will give you wrong info, they promise a follow up in 10 minutes but you will not hear from them even after 24 hours, their CRM will give you false delivery dates. As I type this, our delivery is already a week late than told while booking, half of our appliances are out of stock about which we weren't informed at the time of booking. The complaints list can go on...will never recommend anyone ever to even think about shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Sales folks and managers pay attention to you and are far more courteous than the Reliance Digital Store at Elpro Mall. The delivery of LG AC that I booked happened he next day as promised.
Cons: The wait time was nearly 2 hrs. after deciding the model I wished to go for. The billing desks were operating using mobile phones that got discharged and their phone and billing app had to be restarted multiple times. Also almost none of the billing desk folks knew the procedure to redeem Reliance Digital coupons and there was a lot of trial and error further wasting my time. Reducing 2 stars primarily for the chaos at the billing desk/long wait time and the AC installation has still not happened even after 2 days (Reliance promised installation within 24 to 48 hrs. and it has been 72 hrs. and I am still waiting for LG AC installation guy).
On a different note: Avoid LG brand as I am seeing a lot of delays for service requests from the company these days. My service request for other AC cleaning has still not been taken care of after 3 days. I have at least 4 LG products in my house and I am repenting.

Unfortunately that was not available but The sales person given very well information about Fire TV stick product.. Every product have knowledgeable person who can provide well information about that.. Also same rates provided as like flipkart, Amazon.. So it's best way by giving look to product which we want to buy and then purchase it.. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice big store. Staff is supportive. I like to buy electronic things from physical stores rather than buying it online. You can touch it, check the dimensions, can see the actual colour. I think for only price difference we go for online option. But, here I negotiated on price, also showed him(sales person) the amazon price for the same product. He agreed to give it on same price. He checked for other offers on that product. There was an offer on that product. He applied that too.. Finally I bought it for Rs 1000 less than it's price showing on Amazon. Thanks Reliance Digital.?
