And infact when you the brand service center they will tell you that you will never get service from brand company and only reliance will provide you service which they are unable to provide. I prefer never purchase product from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish service provided by ResQ . The 3rd prty service centre you opted for service is completely rubbish they even not know how to talk with the clients and they close the request as per their wish even without completing the request they close the request. And when i call them regarding my issue they talk nuisancely. I must say i never purchase any other product from your end because you never provide brand warranty and the thord party service is completely worst.

I have purchased and recieved one plus tv 5 days ago but till now TV had not installed in Home,I have called lot of time.
The technical staff is very unprofessional and lack of commitment toward work.
